You may request to cancel your order at any time before payment is confirmed. Because orders are paid via Debit card, Credit carddr, or wire transfer, cancellations are not possible once a transaction has been broadcast or received.
Once your cancellation request has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders left unpaid for 48 hours are automatically cancelled per our Terms & Conditions.
If you receive a product that differs from what you ordered, or if it arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of delivery. Upon verification, we will arrange a free replacement shipment.
To process your claim, you must provide a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from the moment you receive the sealed package until it is fully opened. This helps us verify the contents and investigate the issue promptly.
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not qualify for a free replacement shipment.
In the rare event that your shipment is held, delayed, or seized by customs authorities, our team will assist you by arranging a one-time free reshipment of your order, subject to verification and compliance with applicable shipping regulations.
In situations beyond our control — including natural disasters, government restrictions, carrier disruptions, or postal delays — we may be required to cancel or delay orders if delivery becomes impossible. In such circumstances, we will contact you directly to arrange a resolution.
