Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not qualify for a free replacement shipment.
In the rare event that your shipment is held, delayed, or seized by customs authorities, our team will assist you by arranging a one-time free reshipment of your order, subject to verification and compliance with applicable shipping regulations.
In situations beyond our control — including natural disasters, government restrictions, carrier disruptions, or postal delays — we may be required to cancel or delay orders if delivery becomes impossible. In such circumstances, we will contact you directly to arrange a resolution.
